What You’ll Be Doing Managing and growing key regional accounts, wholesalers, and large independents. Building meaningful, long-term relationships with customers — becoming their go-to partner. Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the foodservice, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Working collaboratively with our Development Chef and Purchasing Team to bring new ideas and products to life. Delivering on sales, profit, and distribution targets while ensuring we offer outstanding service every step of the way. Managing forecasts, promotional activity, and account performance with precision and care. What You’ll Bring FMCG sales experience — ideally in food and drink. A strong track record of delivering results and building relationships. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a natural commercial flair. A love for great food and an understanding of what makes premium brands stand out. Self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and great problem-solving ability.
