Senior National Account Manager. FMCG £80,000 to £100,00 Basic Bonus Exceptional Benefits Package. Hybrid: Must live within an hour of Reigate. Recognised as one of the strongest FMCG Food Brands, this company are enjoying phenomenal global growth and is looking to recruit a National Account Manager / Senior National Account Manager. This person will manage the UK grocery retail channel, both Own Label and Branded products. Responsibilities to include; Autonomy and responsibility on a major retail account Identifying new business opportunities, following these up and securing new lines Building and managing strong relationships with customer contacts across all Functions: Sales, Supply Chain, Technical, Product Development, Merchandising· Working with the internal Procurement team on new and existing business, constantly assessing the market on buying opportunities for your customers Proactive management of customer stock levels, working with the internal Supply Chain team Working with the Category Insight Manager and Marketing Manager on best-in-class customer presentations utilising IRI and internal data Management and reporting of sales and contract balances Experience Strong preference for a food industry background, although other FMCG products will be considered Minimum 3 years’ experience of managing UK Retailers Own Label experience is preferable Competencies Proven ability to win new business Hands-on account management with strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to influence and negotiate in a confident manner Excellent organisation and attention to detail Competitive and driven Personal attributes Tenacious with a strong determination to succeed Strong negotiation and influencing skills Excellent time management and interpersonal skills Dynamic and driven Strong IT skills and equally confident with spreadsheets To apply, please email a copy of your CV to Darren Dewrance of Aaron Wallis darren.dewrance@aaronwallis.co.uk Visit our website at www.aaronwallis.co.uk for hundreds of sales jobs.
