Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Purpose The Product Analyst will build the link between Business Product Owners and SMEs and Technology Services, lead a team of Business Technology Analysts to provide directional feature roadmap of our Technology Products. The demand to provide specific product information in Labels is becoming a Global challenge! The focus is on our MedTech - Repack & Relabel Product, which will transform the Repack/Relabeling process at our major Distribution Hubs around the Globe and in many other Distribution Centers in LATAM, EMEA and APAC. In this space we lead User Stories capturing and translating them into IT solutions. Collecting, executing, and activating features to our internal customers. Structuring and planning them in releases, following Agile concepts. In addition, this position is accountable to shape the future state technology, by constantly identifying improvement opportunities and drive conceptual ideas into innovative capabilities for Deliver Repack/Relabeling facilities. As digital leaders, we to lead J&J in digital transformation – savvy and capable of fulfilling its promise. As Technology leaders, we are responsible for delivering innovative products as we strive to change the trajectory of health for humanity. You will be responsible for: Lead the development of technology capabilities through understanding current state mapping, future state requirements and design. Demonstrate an understanding of business partners needs and lead adoption to new technology capabilities. With some mentorship, balances between IT standards and business needs to guide well-informed decisions. Assist in conducting feasibility studies, leading pilots and adoption of technology solutions for business unmet needs. Provide formal and verbal communications thru progress reports or tools such as JIRA, and Nexus. Your leading contacts are Information Technology Leaders, Business Product Owners and SMEs and Program Managers. Analyze dashboards to find efficiency opportunities, progress made, risks trends. Consistently demonstrate knowledge seeking for innovation, new ways of working or new technologies in the Supply Chain & Deliver space, performing internal and external benchmarking/industry research; Contribute to our digital journey and eliminate of paper based activities. Promote and lead a culture of inclusiveness and multi-functional engagement in alignment with J&J leadership imperatives! Qualifications / Requirements Education BA/BS degree or equivalent OR 3 years with advanced degree. Product Management and Scrum certifications are preferred but not required. Experience and Skills Required 3 years of vendor/sub-team management related experience is must. Experience of mid/large-sized IT project execution for a regulated industry is helpful. Desirable to have 3 years of experience in Pharma industry. Hands‑on experience working as Software Engineer is plus. Demonstrated ability to lead work in accordance with system lifecycle (SDLC) from concept, application development principles to production deployment is required. Preferred Knowledge of Healthcare Supply Chain process, with focus on the Deliver/Distribution process at a Warehouse. Make operations and experience in other industries a plus. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environment, Computer System Validation, is a plus. Broad understanding of Design Principles (User Experience and Business Process Mapping) is plus. Ability to structure Demand and capacity thru Stable Teams. Proactive and open minded. Enjoys to take charge of the situation. Prioritize to acquire results and add business value and ability to challenge status quo. Has problem solving approach.
