About the Role As a Family Support Practitioner, you will provide in-home, child-focused support to families experiencing challenges. Your goal is to help keep children safely at home by strengthening parenting capacity, improving home environments, and addressing risk factors. You will work collaboratively with families, community agencies, and government services to assess needs, develop case plans, and deliver practical and therapeutic support. This role is key in building safety, stability, and stronger family relationships. Qualifications, Credentials and Other Requirements Current Blue CardCurrent QLD Driver Licence vehicleCurrent National Police CheckDegree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Behavioural Science or similar fieldKnowledge of the Child Protection Act 1999Case management skills including case planningKnowledge of services relevant to client's needs within the local area (desired)Why Join Anglicare?
