Manager Corporate Services Branch: Carcoola Primary School Division: South Metropolitan Education Region Salary: Level 4, $90,161 - $94,587 per annum (pro-rata) (DOE (SSO) CA 2024) Work Type: Permanent - Part Time FTE: 0.8 Location: Pinjarra Closing Date: 2025-10-27 4:30 PM This is a permanent part-time (0.8FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2026 Carcoola Primary School (PS) is located approximately four kilometres north of Pinjarra. The school, which still manages to retain a 'country' feel, is part of the South Metro Education Region and Murray Waroona Network. Find out more about our school by visiting carcoolaps.wa.edu.au or Schools Online The Role Carcoola PS is seeking a dedicated, highly skilled and enthusiastic Manager Corporate Services to join our professional school team. As the Manager Corporate Services you will work closely with the Principal to establish and be responsible for the financial, physical and human resource processes of the school. You will oversee the business operations and work with the leadership team to recruit, supervise and manage school support staff. The successful applicant will need to be motivated, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment committed to building quality communication with all stakeholders, and develop strong community relationships and links with staff, students and families, and be welcoming of cultural diversity. They must have high level financial management skills and have outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and will work closely with the Principal and leadership team.
