We’re excited to partner with a leading global retail group to find a talented Business Analyst to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work on projects that directly shape the experience of millions of customers while driving meaningful business outcomes. What You’ll Do: You’ll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, digital, and technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Your insights and analysis will help guide customer engagement strategies, reward programs, and innovative initiatives that make a real impact. Day-to-day, you might: Analyse financial and operational data related to loyalty programs and rewards initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, processes, and reporting needs. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for rewards programs. Assist with system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new processes or tools. Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved financial insight. Who You Are: Experienced Business Analyst or Financial Analyst with exposure to finance and data-driven projects (retail, consumer, or loyalty programs highly regarded). Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Proficient in tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics platforms. Excellent communicator who thrives on collaborating across finance, marketing, and technology teams. Passionate about using finance and data insights to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes.
