About the role: Reporting to the Technical Support Manager , you will be the main point of call within our national technical support team for resolving and troubleshooting issues. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your technical expertise into a dynamic, office-based role where you can make a real impact on our valued dealers and customers across the nation. Y our Critical Responsibilities Will Include: Providing swift technical support to a broad range of valued dealers and customers nationally. Handling trade and consumer technical support for systems including Ducted, Package, High Wall, Multi Room, VRF, and control systems. Delivering technical/service support over the phone, via email, or in person. Conducting hands-on product inspections and fault diagnosis as required, and assisting ActronAir technicians. Actively sharing knowledge and issues within the team to ensure constant upskilling. Keeping managers informed of re-occurring issues/faults and ensuring all corrective action is captured in the quality management system What you will need to be successful in this role: Essential Qualifications & Experience: A Certificate 3 in Electro technology Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is a must Experience working in the HVAC industry (hands-on or office-based). A sound understanding/working knowledge of WH&S regulations and quality systems. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and a professional business manner. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Highly effective planning, organisation, and prioritising skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative. An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
