About The Role As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will be a key member of the KKDH nursing leadership team. Supported by the Lower Hunter Sector Nurse Educator, you will design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs that foster excellence, evidence-based practice, and quality patient outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Nurse Managers, Clinical Nurse Consultants, and other educators to build capability, confidence, and consistency across our nursing teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and forward-thinking nurse leader to drive clinical development and influence positive change. About You You are a critical thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective partnerships and promote a culture of learning and improvement. You bring creativity, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy clinical environment. Specialty experience in Theatres, Emergency, and/or Rehabilitation is highly regarded, or you may bring a willingness and enthusiasm to develop these skills.
