The Role We are looking for a Full time Practice Manager in Leichhardt, leading a close-knit team of health professionals in delivering exceptional patient care whilst supporting our team of GP’s. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee daily operations, staff management, budget adherence and centre improvements. Your Responsibilities As a hands-on leader, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth and efficient running of our medical centre — working closely with a passionate team and key stakeholders to uphold exceptional patient care, safety, and service standards. Champion Operational Excellence: Identify challenges and lead continuous improvement initiatives that elevate clinic performance and patient outcomes.Ensure Safety & Compliance: Keep the clinic safe, compliant, and aligned with SOPs and accreditation standards, setting the benchmark for quality care.Lead & Develop Talent: Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training, building a skilled, motivated team ready to deliver their best.Manage Resources Smartly: Oversee rosters, budgets, and inventory with precision to support seamless, cost-effective operations.Create a Patient-First Culture: Foster exceptional customer service that puts patients at the heart of everything we do.Inspire & Empower Teams: Facilitate regular team meetings, performance reviews, and development initiatives that nurture growth and collaboration.Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with Regional and National Managers and stakeholders to implement new systems, tools, and process improvements that transform care delivery.
