In this role, you will plan and deliver comprehensive patient care across a variety of settings, including the state-of-the-art Griffith Base Hospital. About The Role We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join us in this critical role to provide, plan and deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to patients and clients of the Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD). As The Senior Physiotherapist, You Will Be Responsible For Working collaboratively and where appropriate lead the multidisciplinary team to optimise health status and well-being of each client/patient and carer in the optimum environment and facilitate safe and timely discharge from the service.Maintaining appropriate and accurate activity statistics and documentation.Providing high level clinical expertise and knowledge in their specialty area (which may include generalist practice) within MLHDWorking across both the inpatient and outpatient areas To see all role requirements please review the Position Description Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (until 28 June 2026 with possibility of extension) Position Classification: Physiotherapist – Level 3 Remuneration: $112,396.00 - $116,038.00 per annum ( super 17.5% leave loading where applicable) Hours Per Week: 38 Requisition ID: REQ613526 Location: Griffith Base Hospital What MLHD Offer Incentives - This position qualifies for incentives under the NSW Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme, including up to $10,000 sign on incentive, and up to $5,000 each year (incentive value dependent on full-time equivalent, position and location).
