About the Opportunity The Insurance Commission of Western Australia is looking for talented graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Program. Successful candidates will participate in a two (2) year program of rotational work placements across key business units. To assist in achieving our business objectives, in 2025 we are welcoming applications from those with undergraduate qualifications in the following fields: Communications/Marketing, IT/Cybersecurity, Organisational Psychology, Occupational Health & Safety/Work Health & Safety and Business/Commerce/Economics. We are looking for graduates who are willing to learn, enjoy collaborating with team members and stakeholders and demonstrate strong research, analytical and written skills. Graduates will be employed on a two-year Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of permanency. Graduates may be placed on the following areas: Insurance (Claims, Customer Service, Business Support, Fraud Prevention and Detection) Corporate Services (Finance and Investments, Information Technology, Legal, Policy, Communications, Human Resources) For further information about the Graduate Program, please refer to the Application Information Package. About Us The Insurance Commission is a State owned Government Trading Enterprise that provides motor injury insurance to 2.7 million Western Australian motorists and manages the self-insurance arrangements of the Western Australian Government.
