Featuring deluxe treatment suites, aqua retreats with private lounges, a hair salon, a 25-metre pool, and state-of-the-art gym facilities, Crown Spa offers elevated wellness experiences in a five-star setting. We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outlet Operations Manager to lead our team in Australia’s premier hotel day spa. Reporting to the General Manager of Hotels, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive financial and service excellence, and ensure alignment with Crown’s broader hospitality strategy. Key Responsibilities: Identify and implement commercial opportunities to maximise revenue across all outlets, including upselling strategies, retail products, and leisure servicesDrive brand partnerships and exposure through strategic collaborations and promotional activationsAnalyse sales performance and guest behaviour to optimise pricing strategies and service offeringsWork closely with marketing and hotel teams to ensure alignment of spa and leisure experiences with broader brand initiativesOversee the full spa and leisure operation, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfactionLead and inspire a large team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementDevelop and implement strategic promotions and marketing initiatives to drive revenueManage budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and monitor performanceLead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processesStay informed on industry trends and innovations in spa and wellnessAbout You: Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive sales, maximise revenue, and implement effective upselling strategiesExperience in analysing sales performance, forecasting revenue, and identifying growth opportunities across multiple service and product linesProven experience in a leadership role within a FMCG, Retail or premium wellness environmentExceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skillsA proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiencesHospitality Business Management (preferred)What we offer you Represent a world-renowned Australian brand in an award-winning hotel spaOngoing support and professional development opportunitiesA dynamic and varied work environmentComplimentary meals while on shiftDiscounts at Crown Hotels, selected restaurants, and onsite parkingAccess to exclusive benefits through Crown’s corporate partners Additional Information Application closed: Saturday 1st November What you can expect from us On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
