Operations assistant

Middletons Group is a locally owned Heating & Cooling company that has been keeping homes in Geelong and the surrounding area warm in winter and cool in summer for over 50 years. We have a full-time position open for an Operations Assistant based out of our Newtown office. The role would ideally suit someone looking to get off the tools, has a background in the Mechanical plumbing industry or has completed a Construction Management course. You would primarily be involved in the day-to-day scheduling of our installation team and dealing with builders and domestic clients in the future booking of jobs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are a must for someone in this position as we strive to run a highly efficient and productive workplace. You would be working directly with the Operations manager, with the potential for future promotion as this role progresses. Package is negotiable based on the applicant's qualifications and abilities.
