Café Supervisor – Full Time (38 Hours per Week)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Café Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis (38 hours per week). This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead and support the café team, providing guidance, training, and motivation. Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, and product quality. Open or close the café, including key handling, cash management, and end-of-day reporting. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination. Report directly to the Café Owner and assist with business improvement initiatives. Requirements Previous experience in a café or hospitality supervisory role. Must have barista experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable, organised, and a proactive problem solver. Availability Must be available across our opening hours, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Must be available for a minimum of 2 weekends per month.
