Responsibilities You will be instrumental in shaping our commercial strategies, ensuring governance, and enhancing client relationships. You must work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including clients, subcontractors and consultants. Responsibilities include: Operational & Strategic Oversee daily commercial and contractual operationsDevelop commercial strategiesPrepare commercial assessments of opportunities against business-critical risks and commercial limitsReview tender documentation and contracts for all new contracts and or major renewal contracts prepare Commercial Tender Strategy in accordance with Work Winning proceduresLead commercial governance, risk management and dispute resolution Financial Implement cost reduction and margin improvement initiativesMaximise revenue streams and minimise leakageProduce commercial reports to support project performance People & Culture Act as a change agent and support transformationBuild and lead a high performing commercial teamFoster a collaborative, customer centric culture Customer Engagement Strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunitiesDevelop, risk assess and negotiate commercial modelsDeliver innovative, tailored commercial to achieve client needs Required Skills And Experience The successful candidate should have solid commercial management experience from a maintenance, construction, infrastructure or energy environment.
