Supermarket Shift Supervisor

We are an independent community supermarket in Rockingham who are very customer focused. Currently, we are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, responsible, and service oriented individual to join the team as a Shift Supervisor. Shift Supervisor Role We need a shift supervisor with a can-do attitude, no-fuss and someone who will get the work done. A successful candidate would have: Experience as a supervisor in a Supermarket A minimum of 1 year of supermarket supervisory experience is required. Required to look after various departments during a shift - Bakery, Dairy, Meat, Grocery, Front end etc. Flexibility to work as a rotating roster as we operate 7 days a week for our customers. Available to work evening shifts and weekend availability is a must. Must be available to work evening shifts until 9pm. Sound knowledge of supermarket best practices.
