Experienced Gaming Attendants

About Us Sunnybank Community and Sports Club is a large not-for-profit business with over 40,000 members. Facilities include 250 gaming machines, café, restaurant, bars, rugby union club and function centre. We’re looking for passionate, driven and Experienced Gaming Attendants to join our team on a casual basis . This is a great chance for someone with previous Club or hospitality experience to join a diverse team, committed to creating environments that value our members, guests and the contribution of every team member. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and extend a warm welcome to our customers, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Assist customers with gaming equipment, maintenance and concerns, Ensure that gaming areas are consistently clean, organised, and well-maintained. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently. Process payments, manage cash registers, and maintain precise records of transactions. Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and exceptional customer experience. Perform various tasks, including payouts, resolving machine errors, and preparing and delivering food and drinks from our select gaming menu. Prioritise harm minimisation procedures to ensure a safe gaming environment. Conduct promotions in the gaming room About You: Excellent attention to detail and a positive, enthusiastic attitude Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations Be punctual, reliable and dependable Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in a Gaming Attendant role (or similar within the hospitality industry) Current QLD RSA and RCG Certificate Ability to work under pressure and adhere to policies and procedures Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, weekdays and nights What We Provide: The opportunity to make an impact within the local community Variety of work across a vibrant venue with diverse audiences Great team culture and supportive leadership Staff meal discounts complimentary coffee and soft drink We are looking for candidates who understand the Club environment and its customer service standards.
