Precinct Manager - Cleaning

Due to our ongoing and planned growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Precinct Manager to join our Melbourne CBD team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who has exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment About the Role: As the Precinct Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of one or more sites, ensuring that all operational, contractual, and compliance requirements are met. You will play a key role in leading teams, maintaining high service standards, and building trusted relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and KPIs. Handle complaints, employment-related matters, and staff coordination to ensure seamless service delivery. Liaise with senior management to establish and monitor operational budgets, making necessary adjustments where required. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong long-term partnerships. Manage employee attendance across sites, coordinating cover arrangements when needed. Provide ongoing support and training for managers and supervisors, aligning with company goals and standards. Monitor and report on the performance of external contractors (e.g., waste removal, window cleaning) to ensure compliance with company systems and expectations. About You: You bring operational excellence, people management skills, and a strong customer service mindset. You have a deep understanding of the cleaning industry and are passionate about delivering quality and consistency. Qualifications & Experience: Proven management experience within the cleaning or facilities industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Sound understanding of cleaning specifications and site requirements. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
