About the role We are seeking a highly motivated Sales, Parts and Customer Service professional to join our team at Midway Marine in Rockingham, WA. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service, sales expertise and parts knowledge to our diverse range of clients. What you'll be doing Providing attentive and personalized customer service to both walk-in and telephone customers Assisting customers with product selection, pricing and availability Maintaining and growing our parts inventory to ensure timely availability Processing customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently Developing strong relationships with customers to understand and anticipate their needs Supporting the sales team with closing deals and driving repeat business Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the store What we're looking for Proven experience in a sales, parts or customer service role, ideally within the marine industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customer requirements to the right solution Comfortable using POS systems and inventory management software A collaborative team player who is also able to work independently A keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment What we offer At Midway Marine, we pride ourselves on our inclusive and supportive work culture.
