The Opportunity Due to our ongoing expansion, we have multiple openings for Road and Site Sweeper Operators to join our team in various locations for exciting SA construction projects. Take your pick! Locations: Murray Bridge, Mount Barker and Plympton (T2D) While experience as a Sweeper Operator with some dual steering knowledge is desirable, we welcome applicants with truck driving experience and a passion to learn—training will be provided If you are reliable, safety-conscious, and have good availability, we’d love to hear from you. The role involves working around the Adelaide suburbs, so familiarity with the area is a bonus. Reports to: Operations Manager Main Responsibilities of the Role Performing of all required road and site sweeping duties as scheduled Performing any general labouring duties that may be required Ensuring road sweeping work meets the standards of management and the expectations of customers The completion of site inductions and accreditation with respect to customer sites where required Performing all required start-up, wash-down, end of shift, and routine maintenance procedures To be great at this role, you must: Have a current South Australian MR license or higher and a white card Have minimum of 12 months truck driving experience or if no/minimal experience, bring a willingness to be trained - (council garbage truck experience or dual steering is a bonus) Ability to work independently while maintaining a company focus Strong sense of urgency and punctuality Excellent time management and organisational skills Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends Good energy and fitness level Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening No sweeping experience is necessary—we will provide the training!
