About the Role Work in a truly special place where history, tourism and conservation come together. At Churchill Island Farm you will be part of a team that brings the islands rich history to life through hands- on experiences, farm activities and authentic storytelling, whilst surrounded by stunning coastal views and a welcoming, close knit team. About you You take pride in creating memorable moments for visitors and love all things history, animals and being outdoors. You are hands-on, approachable and a team player who is always willing to lend a hand where needed. An interest in farming and/or tourism is essential, but above all, you bring enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine love for engaging with the public in a truly unique and beautiful setting. Bonus points if you know your way around a farm, can shear a sheep, crack a whip or milk a cow! Applications close on Sunday 2nd November, 2025 Requirements Job Requirement Key Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer service and engaging visitor experiences, ideally within a tourism setting. Ability to assist with delivering tours, demonstrations, events, and interactive activities. Proven experience in providing clear and accurate service, information, and guidance to a diverse range of visitors, including non-English speaking visitors. Experience in system use, point of sale and cash handling and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proven ability to follow directions, de-escalate and resolve conflict and multi-task and prioritise in a diverse environment Practical experience or willingness to work with livestock and farm animals, including basic husbandry tasks and ensuring their welfare.
