This role is essential in maintaining financial stability, managing school assets, and supporting administrative operations. The role includes: Representing the school with professionalism and warmth, both in person and over the phone. Providing accurate information and support to parents, students, staff, and community members. Creating a welcoming and supportive office environment. Assisting with administrative tasks such as invoicing, finance, enrolments, attendance tracking, first aid, and other duties that support student needs. Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Working closely with the Manager Corporate Services to manage financial, human, and physical resources with attention to detail and flexibility. Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience in office administration within a busy school environment. Confident phone manner and a friendly, positive attitude. Familiarity with systems such as SIS, RM Billing, RM Finance, HRMIS, and Compass. Want to know more? Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
