About Our School St Vincent's College Ashfield is a new coeducational Catholic school in Sydney's inner west, formed from the amalgamation of three local schools (De La Salle, Bethlehem and St Vincent's Primary School). This full-time role is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 . The Leader of Religious Education Curriculum 7 - 12 position is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. About You As a Leader of Religious Education Curriculum 7 - 12 , you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy. To excel in this role, you will be able to: create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Religious Education utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences. You will have attained: a tertiary qualification in Education eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
