Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff to ensure smooth store operations.  Maintain stock levels, order inventory, and manage deliveries.  Ensure the store and petrol station comply with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.  Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.  Train and support staff in sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.  Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and assist in achieving business targets.  Open and close the store, handle cash registers, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.  Implement merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities in line with company policies.  Oversee fuel operations, including safety checks and compliance with environmental regulations. Skills & Experience:  Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a retail supervisory or management role (petrol or grocery experience preferred).  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to manage a small team in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent customer service and organisational abilities.  Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Qualifications:  Relevant qualification in Business, Management, or Retail (desirable but not essential). Visa Assistance: We welcome applications from qualified candidates.
