About the role MBR Health is seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our team in Mermaid Beach, Queensland. As a full-time OR part-time Sonographer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical imaging services to our patients. What you'll be doing Performing a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynaecological, and musculoskeletal. Demonstrated experience in obstetric, gynaecological, and musculoskeletal ultrasound modalities is essential. Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for patients Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation In close collaboration with our on-site radiologist and a skilled team of radiographers, sonographer, and nurses Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and safety guidelines Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices What we're looking for A Bachelor or post graduate university degree in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound Current registration with ASAR (Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient-centred care Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Proficient in the use of ultrasound equipment and technology Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement Must have current Australian work authorisation What we offer At MBR Health, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
