Receptionist - Real Estate

About the role We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Raine & Horne Sorell, Tasman & East Coast. This full-time role will be based in our Sorell office, and you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with a range of administrative and customer service responsibilities. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to our office in a warm and professional manner Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, and responding to enquiries. Maintaining and updating client records and databases Providing general administrative support, including listings, marketing and ordering Assisting the Sales and Property Management teams with various tasks as required Ensuring the reception area and overall office environment is well-presented and organised What we're looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and professional service to clients Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite A positive, friendly and helpful attitude, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service What we offer At Raine & Horne Sorell, Tasman & East Coast, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
