We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced and driven Parts Sales Representative to join our Aftersales Team based at Wacol, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, varied sales role within a supportive, long-established company. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers primarily over the phone and email to assess parts requirements, provide tailored solutions, and promote crushing and screening aftermarket products that add value to their operations. Handle incoming and outgoing calls in line with customer requirements. Enter and process quotes, sales, and record data accurately. Maintain regular contact with loyal customers and identify new opportunities. Follow up on existing leads and build long-term relationships. Assist with resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. Visit client sites and represent the company at industry trade shows. About You Previous experience in sales, parts interpretation, or customer service. Strong technical or mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confident with Microsoft Office and data entry. Experience in crushing & screening, heavy machinery, industrial, earthmoving, recycling or quarrying industries highly regarded (training provided). Current driver’s licence.
