Contract Administrator

We are seeking a an experienced contracts administrator for a 6 month Maternity leave role in the services industry in Campbellfield area. $37.00 per hour About Us Our client is a trusted provider of bin supply and maintenance services supporting local councils nationwide. They are seeking a highly capable Services Administrator to manage key customer service and administrative functions for local council contracts based in Melbourne. Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing Respond promptly to council communications and resolve customer enquiries. Efficiently close out customer job requests and maintain accurate records. Collaborate closely with Field Maintenance Services Supervisors to coordinate daily driver schedules and manage job documentation via customer portals. Sending daily reports and photos to make sure every job is checked off properly. Managing monthly invoicing and paperwork for multiple contracts. Prepare and submit daily job completion reports and photographic evidence as required. Provide day-to-day support to drivers, working alongside the Supervisor. Support monthly reporting tasks and act as backup for the National Senior Administrator when required. Your Profile What We’re Looking For Demonstrated high-level customer service and communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities with the capability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Effective multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Initiative-driven with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Advanced administrative and organisational competencies.
