Empire Hospitality Australia is Australia is now offering Room Attendants / housekeeping jobs based at deluxe hotels in the SYDNEY CBD for individuals enthusiastic about providing the best in guest experience! Responsibilities: The responsibilities of a Room Attendant include: Changing bed linen and making beds Replacing used towels Sweeping and mopping floors Scrubbing bathrooms and toilets Vacuuming carpets Dusting furniture Replenishing bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo) Restocking beverages and food items in the mini-bar Cleaning public areas, like corridors Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs Addressing guests' queries (e.g. on additional services) Helping guests retrieve lost items Ensuring all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift Following hotel security guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic conversational English communication skills required for effective guest interactions. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays. Availability for morning shift patterns required. Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus. Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others. This position requires the individual to be hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards work.
