Retail Manager

About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to join our Easytech Phone Solutions team in Geelong West, Victoria. As the Retail Manager you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our store’s operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the business to achieve its strategic objectives. This is a full-time position - 38 hours per week. Tasks include: · Manage and lead a team of retail sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer service, handling customer complaints and staff engagement · Oversee staff operations, including inventory management, merchandising, presentation and growth · Organising displays, promotions, and stock replenishment · Managing daily store activities, including sales, inventory and staff scheduling · Recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating team members performance · Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience · Monitoring budgets, sales, targets and expenses · Work closely with the leadership team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures · Liaise with management and other stakeholders to share insights and support the overall business objectives · Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and developmental opportunities for the team Qualifications and other requirements · Diploma level qualification or equivalent experience in management or other relevant field · Recent minimum of one year of relevant experience working in a retail management role within the retail industry · Experience in Point of Sale (POS) software · Experience in working towards sales targets and KPIs · Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team · Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities · Proficient in inventory management, financial reporting, and data analysis · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders · Familiarity with relevant retail industry regulations and compliance requirements · Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment · A valid driver's license with your own reliable vehicle · Ability to work flexible hours including weekends Job Type: Full-time Pay: $77,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
