Based in Melbourne, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Projects and Service team at Getinge ANZ. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to manage complex medical technology projects from concept to completion, while playing a key role in business development and strategic growth across the region. About the role: In this role you will: Lead the end-to-end management of healthcare and medical technology projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Collaborate with sales, service, and product teams to support customer solutions and business development. Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and hospital stakeholders to build a solid pipeline of future project opportunities. Manage project planning and execution through Daptiv PPM, ensuring accuracy of data and reporting on project effectiveness. Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality, and safety requirements throughout all project phases. Provide technical expertise in equipment delivery, installation, commissioning (IQ, OQ, PQ), and training coordination. Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and deliverables to enhance customer experience and performance. About you: 4 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceutical, or hospital-based environments. Proven ability to read and interpret site and service drawings, and contribute to design reviews. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to lead projects independently and proactively. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. A results-driven mindset with the resilience and initiative to drive outcomes and solve problems. Understanding of QA and WH&S requirements with a proactive approach to safety and quality compliance.
