About the Role As a Keepsake Preparation Coordinator, you'll care for deceased pets and create personalised paw prints and keepsakes, ensuring the respectful return of ashes with empathy and professionalism. You'll play a vital part in supporting grieving families and making a real difference. Key Responsibilities Prepare pet ashes into urns, boxes, and jewellery for return to clients Take clay, ink, and digital paw prints; trim fur and claws for keepsakes Prepare pets for final goodbye and cremation viewings Maintain cleanliness of the facility and manage pets in the cool room Assist with warehouse duties, including unpacking stock and accepting deliveries About You Compassion for animals and strong emotional intelligence Able to handle deceased pets professionally and ethically Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and performing repetitive tasks Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computer/admin work Thrive in a clean, tidy, and ever-changing environment Why Join Us?
