Department: Homes NSW Location: Parramatta, NSW, AU, 2150 Custom Field 4: 78300 Tenancy Services Manager Location Parramatta with 50% in office attendance Temporary full-time opportunity until 30 June 2026 (35 hours per week) Clerk Grade 9/10 - $129,464 to $142,665 plus superannuation and leave loading Your role The Tenancy Services Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of quality housing services to Government employee tenants (Teachers and Police). This role leads a team of Tenancy specialists to ensure efficient and effective customer, property leasing and management services. What you’ll do As the Tenancy Services Manager, you will manage, develop and deliver quality housing services to Government employee tenants. Your responsibilities include: Lead and manage the Tenancy Services Team to deliver services aligned with corporate values, KPIs, and strategic objectives, ensuring consistent and efficient tenancy management. Oversee tenancy operations including application assessments ensuring policy compliance. Develop and display a strong understanding of NSW Residential Tenancy legislation and provide responsive support to government tenants in rural and remote NSW, contributing to broader strategic development. Collaborate with internal teams and external bodies, including working with Asset teams on construction/disposal programs and supporting matters before the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). Drive system and service improvements, including implementation and training on the Housing Portal and SAP, managing feedback and leading rental reviews in line with market assessments. What we’re looking for Ability to travel to rural locations, which may include overnight stays. Ability to lead a team of diverse individuals to deliver a superior service to customers and ensuring prompt and speedy resolution of enquiries. Understanding of the complex nature of the towns in which we provide housing solutions and consistent delivery of performance metrics for the team.
