About the Role As a Stock Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring our product flow is seamless and efficient. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the right stock, in the right place, at the right time, so our teams can deliver and our customers can find exactly what they need. What You’ll Do: Lead and own all stockroom operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety. Drive inventory processes from deliveries to stocktakes with precision. Partner with the Store Manager and VM to ensure the floor is always full, organised and on-brand. Develop and coach team members in stock handling, systems, and best practice. Analyse stock movement and shrink trends, identifying risks and opportunities. Be a process champion - optimise back-of-house layouts, systems and storage for maximum productivity.
