Bendooley Estate Berrima NSW Full Time Salary - $75,000 - $85,000pa About the role Are you an experienced Events Manager looking to work for a renowned family-owned estate in the stunning Southern Highlands of NSW. Bendooley Estate is seeking a talented Event Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional events and memorable guest experiences at our picturesque property. This full-time position is based on-site at our Berrima location. What you'll be doing Coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, including liaising with clients, managing event budgets, and overseeing staff and vendors Ensuring the seamless delivery of events by managing event logistics, timelines, and resource allocation When needed, developing and implementing innovative event concepts and experiences to delight guests Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and the local community Providing exceptional customer service and managing guest expectations throughout the event Monitoring event performance and providing detailed post-event analysis and recommendations What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar event management role within the hospitality or tourism industry Demonstrated expertise in event planning, coordination, and execution, with a strong eye for detail Strong leadership style incorporating a nurturing team development spirit Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities Proficient in using event management software and tools Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by event schedule What we offer At Bendooley Estate, we pride ourselves on our beautiful property, outstanding hospitality, and commitment to our local community.
