Trade Counter Sales

Our Trade Sales Staff play a vital role in the effective functioning of our team. You'll be critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers by taking the time to understand their needs and providing them with effective and appropriate product recommendations. You will be responsible for: Combination of counter, telephone and internal sales Processing orders Working with external sales and warehouse team to ensure excellent customer experience About You You will be a passionate about the industry and have a minimum of 2 years industry experience with: Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships attention to detail and organisational skills ability to work independently and in a team proficient with computers systems Knowledge of timber or trade products would be an advantage.
