Job Role: Service Desk Manager Experience: 08 years Roles & Responsibilities:Advanced experience in Server operating systems; Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Server.Advanced experience in Virtualisation technologies (VMware, HyperV) leading to enterprise designs.Advance experience of supporting server patching products and technologies, such as patching (Ivanti Lumension, Satellite 6) and backup/recovery (Commvault).Demonstrated understanding of services, such as Active Directory, DNS and NTP.Demonstrated understanding of infrastructure technologies (eg, networking, storage).Demonstrated understanding of infrastructure software technologies (such as backup, antivirus, patching, and application agents).Demonstrated understanding of best practice security processes.Demonstrated experience in designing complex infrastructure, writing standards and procedures, architectural and detailed design documentation and other support documentation.Demonstrated experience to perform on IT projects and service delivery with minimal supervision.
