Customer Service Internal and External Darwin, NT

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a Customer Service person with a trade or construction background who’s ready to transition off the tools into a commercial office-based role. This position focuses on supporting the tendering, estimating, and quoting process for commercial and retail construction projects. You’ll work behind the scenes preparing costings, reviewing plans, and following up on tenders, while occasionally assisting with shop-floor sales and client discussions. Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret construction plans and specificationsPrepare and follow up on online tenders and quotesEstimate quantities and materials for commercial projectsCompile and send accurate costings and documentationLiaise with account managers and internal teams to meet client deadlinesSupport front-of-house sales as needed to assist with product inquiries and ordersMaintain clear and professional communication with clients and suppliers Our Ideal Candidate:Trade-qualified or experienced in the construction industry (e.g. painter, scaffolder, carpenter, builder)Strong understanding of building materials, project timelines, and site processesExcellent written and verbal English comprehensionConfident using computers and online tendering systemsHolds a valid Forklift Licence (LF) and experience operating a 1.5t forkliftCurrent driver’s licenceMotivated to build a long-term career off the toolsEager to learn and take advantage of optional Cert IV Trade Qualification training To Apply:If this is a position you could see yourself in please click APPLY, or get in touch with Lorissa from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 0489 074 588, or send your resume to lorissa@celotti.com.au.
