About The Role We are seeking Multiskilled Carers to join our Residential Care teams at our facility in Wagin. We offer a range of flexible working options, including casual, part-time, and full-time opportunities. As a Multiskilled Carer, you will support residents with their daily living, social, and emotional needs, delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect, and independence. You will play an important role in enhancing residents’ well-being and quality of life, ensuring they feel welcome, valued, and supported. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care including assistance with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobilitySupport residents’ independence and participation in meaningful daily activities, promoting dignity and choiceAssist with the safe administration of medication in accordance with Juniper policies and proceduresMaintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate effectively with nursing, allied health, and management personnelContribute to infection prevention and workplace health and safety practicesAssist with mealtime support to ensure nutritional needs are metFoster a kind, respectful, and supportive environment that upholds Juniper’s values and the rights of residentsDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work across different sites and shifts, supporting continuity of care Key Requirements Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged CareExperience working in an aged care setting as a carerAbility to relate to elderly customers with empathy and collaborate effectively with health professionals, service providers, and case managersAbility to interpret individual care plans and provide tailored care to meet individual goalsExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsUnderstanding of cognitive strategies, social interaction, and meeting the mental and emotional health needs of residentsAbility to meet all compliance requirements including a National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and adherence to the Aged Care Code of Conduct Why Join Us Hourly rate from $35.15 to $36.51, depending on qualifications, plus superannuationSalary packaging options up to $18,550 per annum.Employee benefits program including wellness initiatives and retail discounts.Supportive and welcoming organisation with ongoing growth opportunities.
