Taringa 7 Day Medical Centre Permanent Full Time Role Friendly and supportive team IPN Medical Centres support the Australian community, operating in over 150 Practices across the country and providing over 10 million patient consultations each year. IPN forms part of Sonic Healthcare, a leading global healthcare company headquartered in Australia. Duties The Second in Charge is responsible for supporting the Practice Manager in the day to day operations of the Medical Centre. In instances where the Practice Manager is absent from the Centre, the Second In Charge is responsible for ensuring the continued efficient staff management, administration and customer service Skills & experience Previous general medical practice service and experience Ability to assist in the day to day management, direction and operation of the reception desk Excellent communication skills including being an escalation point for Health Professionals and patient complaints Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills Ability to assist PM with the management of the financial performance of the centre If you have the skills we are looking for, then apply now to join our team Click Apply for this job to submit your application.
