What We’re Looking For Experience A background in commercial banking, advisory, accounting, or agribusiness is ideal. Alternatively, a strong academic foundation in Finance or Agriculture with a desire to grow in this space is welcome. Analytical Skills A keen interest in developing research, financial modelling, and credit analysis capabilities. Customer Focus A passion for delivering excellent customer service with a solutions-focused mindset.
