Our service offers specialist drug and alcohol doctors, nurses and allied health staff who respect the client's right to choose from a range of treatments offered with our services underpinned by a philosophy of harm reduction. What you will bring to the role Current registration with AHPRA - Division 1 Registered Nurse Relevant postgraduate qualifications in Drug & Alcohol nursing or Management or working towards attainment Demonstrated skills in quality improvement/redesign projects & the associated change management Demonstrated sound financial skills with an ability to interpret financial reports and a proven ability to assess nursing resource requirements within agreed targets Proven ability to motivate, manage & develop nursing/midwifery staff to maintain a positive workplace culture Demonstrated understanding of current evidence-based Drug & Alcohol interventions and treatment specifically as they relate to opioid dependence Demonstrated effective leadership, interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to travel within the LHD in accordance with the position Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
