☕ Cafe All Rounder – Norah Head (Summer Role) Are you a confident, energetic hospitality pro ready to shine this summer? Our beachside cafe at Norah Head is on the lookout for a Superstar Cafe All Rounder to help lead our team through the busy season. What we’re looking for: We need someone experienced and hands-on to take charge of operations on 1-2 days midweek, Saturdays and every second Sunday. You’ll be the go-to person during peak hours, keeping things running smoothly and making sure our customers leave happy. ️ Key responsibilities: Staff coordination and support Short order cooking Inventory control Customer service with a smile Keeping the vibe upbeat and the workflow smooth Must-haves: Proven hospitality experience Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure Weekend availability Short Order cooking experience preferred and barista skills are a big plus!
