You’ll be working in a close, fast-paced space with a tight crew who love good coffee, good food, and good vibes. We’re not after rockstars or robots — just someone reliable, upbeat, and genuinely into hospitality. What we’re looking for: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy, specialty-coffee environment Confident behind the machine, consistent with milk and espresso Happy to jump in wherever needed — coffee, service, light prep/plating Works well in a small team and thrives under pressure Friendly, presentable, and enjoys a chat with locals and holidaymakers Availability over school holidays is essential Pay & conditions: Paid under the Restaurant Industry Award (MA000119) — including penalties, loadings, and super Strictly no cash — payroll only, with payslips provided Casual to start, with an option to move into a permanent role The details: Opening soon — immediate start for the right person Great coffee setup, coastal location, and a genuinely supportive team If you’re looking for a summer gig that could become something longer-term — and you know your way around a machine — we’d love to hear from you.
