We are seeking qualified Heavy Vehicle Technician's to join Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV) Gold Coast, based in Carrara. Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV) Australia are primary vehicle distribution centre's for Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks , UD Trucks and Volvo Buses. At VCV we encompass sales, service and parts for Volvo Group vehicles. Your future team Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the team of 23 workshop staff are made up of Mechanics, Auto-Electricians, Apprentices, Service Advisor's and Costing Clerk's. VCV Gold Coast dealership pride themselves on an inclusive and stable work environment, producing quality work. We are currently hiring for our afternoon shift which runs from 2:30pm to 10:30pm. As a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and maintenance on trucks and buses, in line with Volvo Group's standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Steering and suspension repairs Electrical faults, diagnosis and repairs Braking systems diagnosis and repairs Component overhauls Driveline repairs Preventative maintenance services and repairs Offisite and breakdown repairs Who are you?
