The Opportunity We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Hand / Detailer to join our close knit Pakenham team. This hands on role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and thrives in a collaborative environment. What You’ll Bring · A team oriented mindset and willingness to work collaboratively · Honest, reliable work ethic with verifiable references · Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship · Eagerness to learn and follow instructions · Experience with caravan and motorhome repairs (advantageous but not essential) · Background in auto detailing or cleaning (advantageous but not essential) · Forklift licence or ability to obtain Your Responsibilities · Conduct pre delivery inspections and prepare motorhomes and caravans for handover · Clean and detail vehicles inside and out to showroom standard · Assist with general yard and service centre operations · Perform minor repairs as needed · Support service and sales staff with daily tasks · Help with caravan and motorhome show setups (occasional travel may be required) · Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional presentation · Contribute to other general duties as required Why Join JB Group?
