Financial Manager

As the Financial Manager , youll oversee the entire finance function from transactional accuracy to strategic insights. Youll drive financial integrity across the business, lead month-end and year-end processes, and provide the commercial intelligence that guides high-stakes retail decisions. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full finance function including AP, AR, cash flow, budgets, and forecasting. Oversee month-end and year-end reporting in line with IFRS and company policy. Drive stock, margin, and cost control analysis to support profitable retail operations. Lead system improvements and automation projects to streamline financial processes. Partner with operations and supply chain teams to optimise working capital and efficiency. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable). Experience: Minimum 7 years post-articles experience in a retail or FMCG environment managing the full finance function . Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP proficiency (SAP, Sage, or similar).
