Job Description
Our client, who is a rapidly growing name in the retail sector, is looking for an experienced Financial Administrator to join their Finance Department at their vibrant head office in Paarden Eiland. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing monthly and quarterly reports. You will also play a key role in supporting the Financial Manager with audits, reporting, and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: Daily capturing and processing of bank statements, purchase orders, and invoices Petty cash management and balance sheet processing Reconciliation of control accounts and loading approved payments Assisting with ad-hoc financial reports and annual audit preparation Ensuring compliance with financial processes and procedures Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Finance 35 years in financial administration, including invoice capturing, journal entries, and reconciliations Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) Strong financial numeracy and attention to detail Proactive, deadline-driven, and highly organised
