Warehouse and Delivery Specialist

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality Manage stock control, storage, and inventory levels Coordinate and track outbound deliveries to ensure timely and accurate distribution Liaise with service providers and internal teams to maintain smooth operations Maintain good housekeeping and ensure compliance with health and safety standard Perform local deliveries as required Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Requirements Valid drivers licence (essential) and a clean driving record Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and deliveries Forklift licence advantageous (or proven forklift experience) Physically fit and able to move and lift materials as part of daily duties Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office; Sage Pastel experience will be a plus Preferably residing in or near the Southern Suburbs Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities Customer service orientated and professional in conduct
