INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

Job Overview Our client is an important multinational company specializing in the distribution of electromedical components, experiencing strong growth in the Italian and European markets. To expand their sales team, they have commissioned us to search for a: Role Summary The selected candidate will join the commercial back-office team, reporting directly to the Italian/European General Manager. Specifically, they will handle requests from customers received by phone or e-mail, in addition to supporting the external sales representative. Responsibilities Actively collaborating in achieving sales targets and managing Customer Satisfaction activities. Managing orders, preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and drafting contracts. Managing e-commerce sales. Providing telephone assistance regarding issues reported by customers, carrying out analysis activities to solve problems. Supporting the General Manager in planning field appointments across the national and international territory, as well as in organizing activities. Requirements Technical background and at least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles. Fluency in English is required; the knowledge of another language (French or German) will be considered a plus. Knowledge of the electromedical, pharmaceutical, or related sectors will be considered a plus. What We Offer What we offer: permanent contract (CCNL Commercio), with an indicative gross salary range between €35,000 and €45,000, bonus and meals vouchers. Different levels of seniority and experience will be evaluated.
